Follow on Insta or Twitter: @LisaMcNiel @LisaMcNielKayla is a super busy cheerleader rocking her small town vibe which warms my heart being a small town girl myself. Those blue eyes lit up my lens and we fit as much variety as we could on a Wednesday evening. The hat frames her face and sets off those Cyan eyes!

It's fun to do this kind of effect for a high school senior who has devoted time and passion to a sport, activity or artistic endeavor. The side wall of the football stadium was perfect.
We did in-studio shots in her cute little uniform and letter jacket showing four years of high school cheer for her beloved Ponder Lions. Love how the fan picks up her wavy hair.
We also took uniform photos at the football stadium on the stairs, bleachers, track, and by the fence. Her poms and megaphone were great props.
The interaction and expression between Kayla and her mom cracked. me. up. Kayla's reaction to being kissed on the cheek cracked her mom up as well.
She got the Model for a Day session which is 3 hours. We were able to do in-studio, stadium, park and woodsy area by Lewisville Lake in that time. These in the maroon, boho, halter, skinny jeans, and wedgies were taken at the park.
I think some of her mom's favorites and mine were those on my white sofa in a white shirt. The champagne sequin background set off her skin and eyes. I love this set for the lack of distractions.
We did a little fan in the hair and backlighting for black on black photos which set off her expression. The ivy on a brick wall made a soft frame as well.
Wait, maybe these are my favorites. Haha! Oh, too hard to choose. Fortunately, she got canvas wraps and an album with enough photos to include all her favorites!
We finished up at Lake Lewisville in her blue romper and maroon halter romper. But I love the over-the-shoulder look with the fairy lights and headbands! And the one of her blowing "snow" at the camera.
