What to wear for Senior Pictures - DFW - by Flower Mound Photographer Lisa McNiel

If you look good in red, definitely incorporate it. It looks great against green in nature and pops in pictures. This darling floral mini dress Avery chose shows why she has a fashion blog. She knows her stuff!

Super high heels may be uncomfortable to wear to and from locations. It's a good idea to bring flats to wear and then switch when we get to the best session spot! And remember to make sure those fingernails and toenails look good if they will show!

The outfits above and below are great from head to toe because:

1. They are fashion-forward - Don't be afraid to be "extra" if you want to in your clothing choices. You'll want to remember what was in style when you show your own children.

2. They coordinates from head to toe. The SHOES!

3. They fit like a dream.

4. Great use of accessories (hat and sunglasses.)

Avery straight up looks like a model here and I love the blue against the red of this vintage barber shop!

When we changed it up for night shots, she changed into an "After 5" dress, jewelry, and sparkly heels.
